PDE & Coverage Gap Discount File/Report Updates

EFFECTIVE November 9, 2014 - Updates have been made to the CSSC website and include the following files and reports: 

1.       PDE Return Outbound File Layout_11092014 
2.       PDE Inbound File Layout_11092014
3.       CGDP Reconciliation Results Report Layout_11092014
4.       CGDP Reconciliation Inputs Report Layout_11092014 
5.       Edit Spreadsheet_11092014 

Note, the only changes to the CGDP Reconciliation Inputs Report are updates to the Current CMS HICN, Coverage Gap Discount Payment Amount, and Coverage Gap Discount Invoiced Amount field descriptions. 

Please refer to the HPMS memo dated September 4, 2014, entitled “Updates to the Prescription Drug Event (PDE) layout and the Coverage Gap Discount Program (CGDP) Reconciliation Reports” that describes the updates to the layouts, edit codes, and field descriptions.
